Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use this website or book a consultation with Codepathgrid, Level 10, 46 Neue Mainzer Straße, Frankfurt am Main 60311. By confirming an appointment, you accept the scope, fee, and these terms. If a separate written proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls for that engagement.
Nature of the service
Codepathgrid provides educational and strategic guidance about employment offers, compensation, benefits, and workplace conversations in Germany. We do not act as your lawyer, tax adviser, financial adviser, recruitment agent, or representative. No employment, salary, promotion, or negotiation result is promised.
You remain responsible for decisions, information supplied to an employer, deadlines, and obtaining specialist advice. You must provide accurate context and remove unnecessary personal or third-party information from documents.
Booking, fees, and conduct
The appointment and deliverables are limited to the confirmed service description. Fees include VAT unless stated otherwise and are payable using the method on the invoice. You may not record a session without written consent. Abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, or threatening conduct may result in termination of the meeting without further service.
Intellectual property
Website copy, consultation frameworks, worksheets, and original materials belong to Codepathgrid. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use materials supplied for your own employment decision. You may not resell, publish, teach from, or commercially reproduce them. Your own documents and information remain yours.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in preparing guidance from the information available at the time. Markets, employer policies, and individual circumstances change. To the extent permitted by law, Codepathgrid is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, employer decisions, or consequences of relying on incomplete information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation, privacy, and changes
The refund policy governs cancellations and work already started. Personal data is handled under the privacy notice. We may update website terms prospectively; the version accepted at booking continues to govern that appointment.
Governing law and disputes
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Statutory venue rules apply. Please contact info@codepathgrid.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
