Cancelling before preparation begins
You may cancel by emailing info@codepathgrid.digital. When we receive the request before any agreed preparation has started, the consultation fee is refunded in full. For the flagship negotiation session, preparation normally begins two business days before the appointment; for other sessions it normally begins one business day before.
Cancellation after work starts
If you cancel after preparation begins but more than 24 hours before the appointment, we refund the unused portion after deducting the reasonable value of work already completed. We explain that deduction and can provide completed notes where appropriate. Custom third-party costs explicitly approved by you are not refundable.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee is generally non-refundable because the reserved time is difficult to rebook and preparation is complete. Mandatory consumer rights and exceptional circumstances are not affected.
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule once without charge by giving at least 24 hours’ notice. A later change or shorter notice may incur the completed preparation value or require a new booking. If you do not attend and have not contacted us within 15 minutes of the start time, the appointment is treated as a no-show and no refund is due.
If Codepathgrid must cancel, you may choose a prompt replacement appointment or a full refund, including preparation fees. If a video-call disruption on our side prevents meaningful delivery, we resume the remaining time without charge or refund the undelivered portion.
Deposits and completed work
Where a written proposal requires a deposit for work beyond a standard consultation, its refundable amount and preparation milestones will be stated before acceptance. Fully delivered consultations, supplied negotiation maps, completed offer comparisons, and used appointment time are non-refundable merely because an employer declines a request or the client chooses a different job. Outcomes are never guaranteed.
How refunds are made
Send the booking name, invoice number, appointment date, and reason for the request to info@codepathgrid.digital. Do not include bank or card information unless specifically requested through a secure channel. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 German business days; bank processing may add time.
Any statutory right of withdrawal is applied as required. If you expressly request that a service begin during a withdrawal period, you may owe the proportion already performed, and the right may expire once the service is fully supplied with the required consent.
