1. Describe the live decision
Use the enquiry form to tell us whether you have an offer deadline, annual review, promotion discussion, or benefits question. Include the date and broad role context, but do not upload unredacted contracts or sensitive personal information.
2. Confirm the right scope
Within one German business day, we reply with the recommended consultation and available times. If the question needs a lawyer, tax adviser, immigration specialist, or works-council representative instead, we say so before accepting the booking.
3. Prepare only relevant facts
Depending on the session, we ask for a redacted summary of base salary, variable pay, benefits, role scope, location, experience, and the employer’s stated position. For a negotiation rehearsal, this arrives two business days before the meeting.
4. Work through the conversation
Appointments take place by video throughout Germany or, by arrangement, at the Frankfurt office. We establish priorities, test market context against the actual role, consider alternatives to base salary, and rehearse language without manufactured confrontation.
5. Leave with a next move
Your written output reflects the booked scope: a negotiation map, offer comparison, or readiness note. The flagship session also includes one focused email question within seven days. We do not contact your employer or negotiate on your behalf.
