Fixed fees for focused work
Prices include German VAT and preparation described on each consultation page. There is no subscription, retainer, or online payment. After reviewing your enquiry, we confirm the appropriate session, date, and invoice before the appointment.

When the fee may differ
The published fee covers one person and one employment situation. Comparing more than two written offers, reviewing extensive compensation schedules, preparing for multiple stakeholders, or arranging an employer-sponsored workshop requires a separate written estimate. We agree any change before work begins.
Invoicing and payment
Invoices are payable by bank transfer. The appointment is reserved once payment is received unless a different arrangement appears on the invoice. Codepathgrid never asks for card details through the enquiry form.
Changes and cancellations
You may move an appointment once without charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Cancellation and refund terms depend on preparation already completed; read the cancellation and refund policy before confirming.
