Why Codepathgrid exists
A job offer often arrives with a short deadline and a long list of conditions. An annual review can reduce a year of work to one uncomfortable hour. Codepathgrid was established in Frankfurt to give professionals an independent place to sort the numbers, decide what matters, and prepare language that respects both sides of the employment relationship.
Leonie Hartmann, lead consultant
Leonie spent twelve years in compensation, recruitment, and people-partner roles with German manufacturing and professional-services employers. Her work included salary bands, works-council consultation, annual review cycles, occupational pension communication, and offers for employees relocating into Germany. She now works directly with individuals rather than representing an employer.
Her perspective is practical: understand how a request will be heard, distinguish policy from preference, and never bluff about another offer. Codepathgrid does not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice and refers those questions to qualified specialists.
How we work
We ask for only the facts needed to prepare the conversation. Documents should be redacted. In the appointment, benchmark figures are treated as context rather than promises; role scope, location, sector, internal level, and timing matter. Every session ends with an action that can be expressed clearly to HR or a manager.
